I’d disagree about the hierarchical view. ie maths uber everything else. eg, maths more than art. I really don’t think life, human and otherwise, could be without art.
Art as the imagining or searching sensations?
Kind of yes.
Can it not be expressed in maths?
Probably in approximation.
So?
Maths and art are 2 different practices. Both full of wonder, hence can not be of, errr, value but quality.. 😉
